Course Introduction
Ear Piercing is an established technique to enable the fixing of decorative earrings. Technical developments have led to the use of an ear piercing gun which can be safely used by non-medical personnel and which avoids the danger of transmitting serum between clients. This course will only allow you to pierce the lobe of the ear. The course requires you to pierce a minimum of 6 lobes.

On successful completion of the course you will be awarded with a qualification that is recognised in industry and will enable you to gain treatment liability insurance. Entrance Requirements

Day 1

• Input on related theory
• Advise on completion of VR02/V74 units if required
• Outline case study criteria
• Practical demonstration of treatment
• Student practical performance on each other or clients

An eight week gap between day one and assessment day will be given to allow for completion of case studies, revision and completion of VR02/VR74 task book. Day 2

• Submission of underpinning knowledge written task
• Exam paper for VR02/VR74 if required
• Submission of VR02/VR74 task book if required
