Reflexology is a form of treatment based on the belief that the body is dependent upon energy flows which can be improved through specific pressure massage of the hands where all the internal body structures and organs are mapped or mirrored in miniature. The treatment can be used for stimulation of systems and relaxation This course is an excellent therapy to add to your existing reflexology skills.

• Client consultation and treatment planning
• Aftercare advice
• Health, safety & hygiene
• Consultation skills for therapy assessments
• Practical demonstration

Day 1
• Input on related theory
• Demonstration of pre and post hand massage.
• Mapping out of zones and walking through.
