Introduction
Massage is undoubtedly one of the most effective ways of relieving stress and tension from the strains of every day life. It can also be used to help with pain relief of minor muscular disorders.
Massage will contribute to maintaining a healthy wellbeing both physiological and psychological. The benefits of massage are now being recognised and promoted by the medical field.
The massage routine demonstrated will enable you to be able to perform a full body massage covering the chest, arms, back & front of legs, abdomen and back & shoulders. You will be guided on the procedures for both male and female clients.
